Blizzard seems to be keeping busy, as it just revealed the official 2025 roadmap for Diablo 4, packed with fresh content, new permanent features, and a second expansion already on the horizon for 2026.
Starting this month and running through July, Diablo 4 will celebrate its two-year anniversary with in-game events, an upcoming IP crossover, and more surprises leading up to the end of the year. Alongside seasonal updates, the game is also getting permanent improvements, including a revamped Armory system, a quality-of-life overhaul for the Whispers system, new “Lair Bosses,” Nightmare Dungeon content, and mouse + keyboard support for consoles.

Looking further ahead, Blizzard confirmed plans for a brand-new expansion in 2026, along with a new ranking system and additional content to keep the grind alive.
